1. Agreement

By installing or using the Cyra application for Microsoft Teams (“Cyra”), your organization agrees to these Terms of Use.
Cyra is provided by BlueSecure and is intended for enterprise customers.

2. Service Description

Cyra enables your organization to send notifications from BlueSecure into Microsoft Teams.

Cyra is a notification-only bot: it does not allow users to chat with the bot or send information back.

The application operates within your Microsoft Teams tenant under your administrators’ control.

3. Responsibilities of the Organization

Ensure that the use of Cyra complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Provide accurate data and maintain the necessary licenses for Microsoft Teams and BlueSecure.

Manage user permissions and app deployment within your tenant.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use Cyra to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.

Misuse Cyra in a way that may compromise Microsoft Teams or other systems.

5. Data Protection

BlueSecure processes only the data strictly necessary to deliver notifications (see Privacy Policy).

The organization remains the data controller; BlueSecure acts as a data processor under GDPR.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

6. Service Availability

Cyra is provided “as a Service” and “as is”.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BlueSecure’s liability is limited to the fees paid for Cyra in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Your organization may stop using Cyra at any time by uninstalling the app from Microsoft Teams.
BlueSecure may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
