Learning in virtual reality

Virtual reality radically changes how cyber risks are perceived and understood. By immersing the user in an office, a hospital or a factory, it makes awareness educational, contextual and genuinely appealing.

CyberOffice virtual reality awareness experience

An immersive journey

Five minutes that change the view

The experience lasts around five minutes per environment. In that time the participant explores a reconstructed workplace and has to spot the objects that stand for a cyber threat: a screen left unlocked, a password written on paper, an abandoned USB stick, a sensitive document left in view.

The approach builds a deeper, more intuitive grasp of the threats bearing on information security. The headset removes the distance between the rule and the situation: what was an instruction becomes a gesture, in a setting the participant immediately recognises as their own.

Three environments, three working worlds

The setting is chosen to match your activity, so everyone recognises what they see.

The office

CyberOffice, the white-collar setting: desks, meeting rooms, printers and documents left lying around.

The hospital

A care environment, where availability comes first and security constraints meet urgency head-on.

The factory

An industrial site, its shared workstations, its physical access points and its connected equipment.

Built for everyone

Clear instructions and an intuitive interface: no IT or virtual reality skills are required.

Event format

Deployable as a workshop at your company events, for a memorable collective experience.

Complementary

VR adds to the escape games, investigation games and phishing games in the gamified catalogue.

The format that draws people in

A phygital experience for your events

Virtual reality runs as a workshop at your company events: Cybersecurity Month, an offsite, an internal fair, a security day. It attracts, it gets talked about, and it leaves a mark few formats match. It is an interactive, memorable way to strengthen the organisation's security culture, and an excellent gateway to the online content.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the experience last?
Around five minutes per environment. It is short by design: the format is built for a flow of participants at a stand or workshop, where each takes their turn.
Do you need to know how to use a VR headset?
No. The environments were designed for a broad audience, with no particular IT or virtual reality skills. Instructions are clear and the interface guides the participant through the scenario.
Do we have to buy headsets?
No, we bring the equipment and run the workshop at your event. It is the simplest way to discover VR without committing to an investment.
Which environment should we choose?
The one closest to your teams' daily reality: the office for services, the hospital for care, the factory for industry. Recognising the setting is what makes the exercise work.
Does VR replace the other formats?
No, it complements them. It creates the spark at a highlight event. The e-learning paths, investigation games and phishing simulations take over for the long run.
