Executive committee & leaders

Prepare your executive committee for cyber risk

Understand the threat, build the right reflexes, make decisions in a crisis: three steps designed around an executive committee's schedule. Your technical teams stop most attacks. Leaders' reflexes cover the rest: an urgent wire transfer request, a familiar voice on the phone, a decision to make in the middle of a crisis. BlueSecure supports your committee from first awareness to managing human risk.

Four questions that come up in committee

  1. Where do we stand on human risk?

The number of trained employees is a first benchmark. The committee needs a trajectory: reactions to simulations, reports, groups that need support.

  2. Are we ready to handle an incident?

Roles, decision paths, trade-offs, communication: a hands-on exercise shows what needs clarifying before the real day.

  3. What are our responsibilities?

Depending on the sector and status of the organization, NIS2, DORA or the AI Act raise expectations on leadership for governance, oversight and training.

  4. What investment should we plan?

It depends on headcount, the formats chosen and the level of support. It should be weighed against the coverage and management goals set by the organization.

Three steps for your committee

  1. 01Understand

    The executive committee talk

The cyber threat, live in front of your committee: 30 to 60 minutes at your site, a real case from your sector and demonstrations that each end with the reflex that protects.

  2. 02Build reflexes

    The "NIS2 for leaders" program

"Understand your obligations and your role": three video modules of about 10 minutes, a validation quiz and a certificate of completion.

    Learning Academy™

  3. 03Decide

    The BlackOut™ crisis workshop

2 to 4 hours in the room. Your committee lives through a cyber crisis, decides under pressure and spots the blind spots in its setup.

    BlackOut™ crisis workshop

The executive committee talk in detail

30 to 60 minutes fitted to the executive committee's schedule, at your site, with live demonstrations along the way. We build it with you to put each message in context.

The agenda

  • A real case in your sector : how the attack started, what it cost, the action that would have stopped it.
  • The threat landscape : the three threats facing an organization like yours.
  • How attackers operate : why they get around technology by targeting people, starting with leaders.
  • What AI changes : in the attackers' playbook.

The live demonstrations

  • Real-time video deepfake : the face of a committee member (with their consent) or a public figure, impersonated on a video call before your eyes.
  • Voice cloning : a wire transfer order in the voice of your CFO.
  • Rigged devices : a USB drive that turns on the webcam or microphone or captures the screen, and contactless reading of a bank card.
  • Each demonstration ends with the reflex that protects.

What the committee takes away

  • Three leadership reflexes, including a verification protocol for sensitive requests defined with you.
  • An aligned committee: technology stops most attacks, and the reflexes of leaders and users cover the rest.
  • Possible next steps: the "NIS2 for leaders" program and the BlackOut™ crisis workshop.

Two formats: 30 minutes with one demonstration, or 60 minutes with three demonstrations and a Q&A. The sector case prepared for you, the slides, the preparation meeting and the debrief are included.

The BlackOut™ crisis workshop in detail

BlackOut™, shown on a big screen, paces the session like a film. Your committee becomes a crisis unit. Each participant takes turns in six roles: leadership, CISO, DPO, communications, HR director, user.

  • Opening : immersion in the scenario.
  • The unit : activation of a strategic crisis unit.
  • The game : critical decisions, set by the serious game.
  • The table : for each decision, a concrete exercise, for example qualifying an incident, preparing a data breach notification to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, drafting key messages, organizing internal and external communication.
  • The debrief : interactive review and lessons learned, applied to your organization.

Before the workshop, we gather your context and your incident management processes to build an incident chain that reflects your organization. As an option, a firm specialized in crisis management can enrich the debrief with feedback from real incidents.

Manage human risk at committee level

The BlueSecure Risk Index™ consolidates simulation results, program progress, reports and detected exposures into a clear trajectory, by entity or by department. Smart Report™ reports send it automatically to your committee, at the frequency you choose.

Train the most exposed roles

CEO fraud, changed bank details, an AI-cloned voice: executive assistants and staff authorized to make payments are prime targets. Phishing 360™ simulates these scenarios by email, phone (vishing) and deepfake, then points each person to the right reflex.

FAQ

Are leaders subject to cyber training obligations?
For entities within its scope, NIS2, currently being transposed into French law, requires members of management bodies to follow training (Article 20). DORA requires regular training for the management body of the financial entities concerned (Article 5).
Do these formats require technical knowledge?
No. The talk, the online program and the crisis workshop are designed for leaders without a technical background.
How much time should we plan?
30 or 60 minutes for the talk, about 30 minutes for the online program, 2 to 4 hours for the crisis workshop.
Can the crisis workshop reflect our organization?
Yes. We gather your context and your incident management processes beforehand to build a scenario that reflects your organization.
What is CEO fraud?
Impersonating a leader to obtain a payment, information or urgent action, by email, by phone or with an AI-generated voice. Phishing 360™ lets you simulate these scenarios.
What budget should we plan?
It depends on headcount, the online and in-person formats chosen and the level of support. Our plans are detailed on our Pricing page.
