Train your industrial sites, not just your head offices

For manufacturers, production sites and operators of vital importance. Many of the teams at an industrial site work away from a computer. BlueSecure reaches them where they are: on-site workshops, short formats on mobile, content in their own language for staff and temporary workers.

  • On-site formats
  • 12 languages
  • About 4 minutes per module
Train your industrial sites, not just your head offices

Cyber challenges in industrial environments

  1. Some teams have no workstation.

Operators, line operators, maintenance staff, logistics: sometimes without a work email address, rarely in front of a screen.

  2. The workforce changes often.

Temporary workers, providers, on-site subcontractors, teams working in three shifts: the program has to work with high turnover and many languages.

  3. Physical media remain a real attack vector.

Maintenance USB drives, provider laptops, badges, temporary wireless access points: everyday habits matter as much as email.

  4. Production is at stake.

An incident first means stopped lines, customer delays and costly restarts.

Go on site first

Booths at the site entrance or near the cafeteria, short talks timed with shift changes, the CyberEspion workshop (rigged USB drive, contactless reading, live SMS phishing): Workshop™ reaches teams without requiring a workstation.

In virtual reality, each participant spots the weaknesses of a factory that looks like their own, in 5 to 10 minutes, with no internet connection or account needed.

ShutDown™, a serious game for industrial environments

Our Game Studio is developing ShutDown™, available in late 2026. In a factory, an attack can alter a process, stop a line or damage equipment. The game builds a simple reflex: "When in doubt, I don't improvise. I secure the situation, follow the planned procedure and report quickly."

A common core for everyone on site (production, maintenance, logistics, administrative roles, management, providers, automation engineers), then role-based variants: an operator learns to recognize an unusual situation and trigger the right procedure.

Short, multilingual modules

About 4 minutes per module, in 12 languages including Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic and Portuguese, with optional subtitles. Available on mobile, with nothing to install, and a magic link for employees without a work email address. Physical topics are included: USB drives, physical security, mobility, clean desk.

Tailored simulations

Phishing 360™ simulates attacks on 8 channels: email, SMS, USB drive, QR code, postal mail, physical intrusion (building breach), phone call (vishing) and deepfake. At an industrial site, USB drives, QR codes, SMS and physical intrusion complement email simulations for support and purchasing teams.

Manage by site

The BlueSecure Risk Index™ tracks risk level and maturity by site, which is useful when sites have very different profiles. Smart Report™ reports give each site director the indicators for their own scope.

Prepare site leadership for a crisis

The BlackOut™ crisis workshop puts your executive committee in a real situation, for 2 to 4 hours in person: qualify an incident, decide under pressure, organize isolation and communication. The scenario is built in advance from your context and your incident management processes.

OIV, LPM and NIS2 in industry

Operators of vital importance (OIV, critical infrastructure operators designated by the French State under the LPM, the French military programming law) are subject to stricter information system security requirements, which notably cover awareness for the staff concerned.

With NIS2, currently being transposed into French law, training and cyber hygiene are part of the risk management measures expected from essential and important entities, including many industrial sectors. Members of management bodies are required to take training (Article 20). Cyber hygiene and training for the whole organization are among the minimum measures (Article 21(2)(g)).

  • CyberNight 2024 Gold winner
  • CyberNight 2025 Coup de Cœur award

FAQ

How do we train operators who don't work on a computer?
In person first: booths at the site entrance or near the cafeteria, short talks timed with shift changes, workshops and virtual reality, which require no equipment from participants. Short mobile modules then take over.
How do we cover teams that don't all speak the same language?
Content is available in 12 languages, including Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic and Portuguese, with optional subtitles.
Can we simulate a USB drive attack?
Yes. Simulation USB drives emulate a keyboard, and result reporting is configurable, anonymized or detailed. QR code, SMS and physical intrusion (building breach) are also available.
Can providers and temporary workers be included?
Yes. Temporary workers, providers and subcontractors can be included in the scope, just like your employees.
How do we train employees without a work email address?
Magic link access lets them log in without existing credentials. For these groups, on-site workshops and group sessions on a shared workstation remain the best-suited formats.
Do you work across multiple sites?
Yes. Our teams travel to your sites, in France and abroad. Multi-site sessions are planned during the scoping phase.
